Where to send what
General inquiries
Anything that does not fit the other boxes. Questions about an article, feedback about the site, typos, broken links. We read every message.
Editorial & corrections
Spotted a factual error, outdated pricing, a missing source, or a claim that needs re-verification? Send specifics and, if possible, a source link.
Press & media
Press inquiries, interview requests, quote requests, and speaking opportunities. Include your outlet and deadline.
Partnerships & affiliates
Affiliate program inquiries, newsletter sponsorships, co-marketing, and other commercial partnerships. Editorial coverage is never for sale.
Want us to evaluate your AI tool?
The quickest path to coverage is the submission form. You tell us what the tool does, who it is for, how it prices, and why it is interesting. We reply to every submission.
Submissions do not guarantee coverage. We prioritize tools with a live product, transparent pricing, genuine traction, and a real use case we can test.
Social & newsletter
X is where we post new guide alerts, comparison threads, and short notes on industry moves. The newsletter is a weekly long-form digest of what was worth reading.
For legal and postal mail
For any formal or legal correspondence, please use the address listed in the imprint. Editorial questions are best reached by email, not post.
Frequently asked
Can I pay for a review or a higher ranking?
No. We do not sell editorial coverage, ranking positions, or positive reviews. Vendors can send us a tool to evaluate, but the conclusions are ours alone.
Can I submit my AI tool for consideration?
Yes. Use the submission form. We prioritize tools with a live product, transparent pricing, and genuine user adoption. Vaporware and pre-release landing pages are not covered.
I spotted an error in one of your guides. What now?
Please email editorial@aitoolradar.io with the URL, the specific claim, and a source. We aim to correct verified errors within 7 days and we add a correction note to the article.
Do you accept guest posts?
Not at this time. Every guide on this site is written and verified by Roland Hentschel personally.
How often are guides updated?
We re-verify guides at least quarterly and update pricing, feature, and model information. Each guide shows its last verified date in the header.
Can you remove or edit negative coverage of my tool?
We correct factual inaccuracies. We do not remove honest, sourced criticism. If the underlying product has improved, send specifics and we will re-test.
